I caught the premiere of The Chopping Block last night, and I was disappointed. Greg was more blunt in his assessment: "That sucked." The show’s premise is good, but it’s edited horribly, making it hard to get a sense of what was really happening. Of the dozen or so dishes made for the final challenge, only four were discussed — not cool on a food competition show. Variety has a similarly dismal take on The Chopping Block.
